4 tips for Illustration prompts

  1. 1

    Name the medium first

Watercolor wash, pencil line or flat vector sets the whole feel.

  2. 2

    Mention paper and strokes

“Rough watercolor paper” or “visible brush strokes” makes it less digital.

  3. 3

    Fewer colors

Three or four main colors age better than a rainbow.

  4. 4

    Keep the scene simple

One subject in one setting tells the story more clearly.

Questions

Can I use these prompts as they are?
Yes. “Create with it” fills in the model and ratio too, and you can copy any prompt to use elsewhere.
How do I make a set in one style?
Keep the same prompt and change only the subject; or set the one you like as a reference image and make the rest from it.
Can I use the images commercially?
Images you make are yours, subject to the terms of the model you used. Treat other people's works as references only.
