Does my balance expire?
No. Your balance has no expiry date.
Am I charged when a generation fails?
No. When the model does not produce the image or video, the amount held for it goes back to your balance.
Do I get a receipt?
Every top-up has a receipt you can download any time.
How long are my works kept?
Public works are kept. Files of works that are not public are kept for 180 days, and we remind you to download them 7 days before. Making a work private again restarts the 180 days.
What do you record about how I use Studio?
